Right of withdrawal
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
From the receipt of products ordered from the webshop, within within 14 days you may withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons. If the order consists of several items, the deadline starts on the day the last product is received. The right of withdrawal is provided by Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) and Directive 2011/83/EU.
How to exercise it
Fill in the form at the bottom of the page - we will send an automatic confirmation by e-mail that your request has been recorded. It is equally acceptable to write by e-mail (info@imaginehealth.hu) or by post, either with the downloadable model declaration or in your own words.
- The product must be returned within within 14 days you must return or hand over.
- The direct cost of returning the product is yours to bear.
- We refund the purchase price - together with the delivery fee - within 14 days of learning of the withdrawal at the latest, but we may withhold the refund until the product has been returned or until you have proved that it has been sent back.
- You are liable for any depreciation in value resulting from use beyond that needed to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

When the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised
The legislation excludes the right of withdrawal in a few cases. In the range of our webshop these may occur:
A product made to individual requirements or personalised
If we manufacture the product expressly at your request in a bespoke size, design or configuration - a made-to-measure chamber or an individual configuration, for example - the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
A product sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons that has been opened
Products supplied in sealed packaging for health protection or hygiene reasons - accessories that come into contact with the skin, face masks, cuff liners, for example - cannot be taken back once the packaging has been opened after delivery. Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
A service started at your request before the deadline expired
If you expressly ask us to begin a service - installation, commissioning, training - before the 14-day deadline expires, withdrawal is still possible, but you must reimburse the proportionate fee for the work carried out up to that point. Article 14(4)(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Online withdrawal form
Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.
Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
