Which devices do you service?
We service any type of Imagine Health device.
What does installation include?
Every Imagine Health device is installed by our own installation team and individually tested to optimise its parameters. We also provide on-site training on operating the device.
What happens during a maintenance visit?
We thoroughly check the service points and parameters of the devices and their accessories. We use professional measuring instruments with special sensors to detect any deviation from normal.
Do you work with your own spare parts?
Yes. Thanks to our well-stocked parts store we can provide immediate and reliable service. We carry out the initial diagnostics remotely so that we arrive technically prepared.
Why does regular maintenance matter?
It lowers energy consumption, extends the life of the devices, means fewer repairs and reduces the risk of faults. Regular filter cleaning in oxygen chambers, for example, prevents the airflow from dropping.
Do you help with relocating a device?
