What is mild oxygen therapy?
What can an mHBOT cabin do?
During mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy (mHBOT) you breathe oxygen-rich air in an enclosed cabin, typically at a pressure of 1.3-1.5 ATA. Under the increased pressure more oxygen may dissolve in the blood plasma, not only bound to the red blood cells.
This way oxygen may also reach tissues to which the circulation carries blood less easily - which may support cell function, the natural regeneration processes of the body and general well-being. The OXYHEALTH cabins we distribute work in this range.

THE MAIN BENEFITS OF OXYGEN THERAPY
Why are hyperbaric cabins appearing in more and more places?

Faster regeneration

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions and answers
What does it feel like to be in the cabin?
Most people find it comfortable and relaxing. The most common sensation is blocked ears because of the change in pressure, similar to flying. You can read, listen to music or even sleep during the session.
How long does a treatment take?
A session generally lasts 60-90 minutes, and this also determines the daily capacity of the cabin.
How many sessions are recommended?
For the optimal effect 3-5 sessions a week are recommended, and a full cycle generally consists of 10-40 sessions. It is precisely because of this regularity that buying your own cabin pays off for many people.
What should the user wear?
Loose, light clothing. Jewellery and contact lenses have to be removed before the treatment, and it is best to avoid make-up, perfume and body lotion.
Are there any side effects?
Mild oxygen therapy is usually safe, but in rare cases you may experience ear pressure, mild headache or temporary fatigue.
