Delivery methods
Products that can be purchased from the IMAGINE HEALTH webshop are delivered to your door. For all our products, we indicate the expected delivery time, which varies depending on whether the product is in stock or made to order.
The delivery costs and delivery times for products that can be purchased by requesting a quotation are those indicated in the quotation.

Payment methods
Hating in advance
After you have placed your order, we will send you all the necessary information so that you can simply transfer the amount of your order to our account at OTP bank. You will need to include your order number in the message and your order will only be processed once we have received the payment.
Online bank card
Our optional credit card acceptance partners are BARION and STRIPE.
Online credit card and other payment methods are handled through the Barion system. Your credit card and other payment details are not passed on to the merchant. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt. is an institution supervised by the National Bank of Hungary, its licence number is H-EN-I-1064/2013.
Follow up
Pay the courier by credit card or cash. We have to charge a handling fee for cash on delivery, as courier services collect, handle and transfer the amount to us, for which they charge a high fee, which we cannot include in the price of our products.
