The OXYHEALTH Elite Pro hard-shell mild hyperbaric oxygenot (mHBOT) chamber is made of premium stainless steel, which guarantees long life and outstanding durability. Its spacious interior - 200 cm long by 86 cm wide - provides a comfortable seated position, so you can enjoy the benefits of oxygen therapy while reading. Its size allows it to treat up to 2 people at the same time.
A large door and transparent windows on both sides provide easy entry and exit, while facilitating convenient communication during treatment. A digital display provides continuous feedback on therapy, ensuring a safe and pleasant user experience.
The chamber operates at a pressure of 1.5 ATA, allowing fast and effective oxygen therapy. The increased oxygen intake stimulates regeneration processes, increases energy levels and promotes faster recovery, making it an optimal solution for both rest and physical recovery.

Why choose a mild hyperbaric chamber?
The mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy (mHBOT, or Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy) is a lower-pressure procedure, often used for recreational and wellness purposes, in which the pressure is between 1,3 – 1,5 ATA ranges. From mild hyperbaric chambers do not require medical supervision, so they can be used safely in wellness centres, sports clubs and even in home environments.
HBOT, or hyperbaric oxygen therapy, can be adjusted between 1.5 - 4.0 ATA pressure and may only be carried out under medical supervision, typically used in hospitals. HBOT treatments are used to treat serious illness, poisoning and tissue damage.

OXYGEN THERAPY - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What to wear during treatment?
For treatments, it is recommended to wear loose, light clothing that can be easily removed. The therapy takes place in a hyperbaric chamber under pressure, and all jewellery, contact lenses and other objects that may be sensitive to pressure changes should be removed before treatment. It is important to keep the skin clean and avoid make-up, perfume and lotions.
What to avoid before treatment?
- Drinking alcohol and heavy foods: Changes in pressure may cause nausea or discomfort, so avoid alcohol and heavy, fatty foods immediately before treatment.
- Adequate hydration: Drink plenty of water before treatment and include a light meal to avoid dizziness.
- Taking medicines: Always follow your doctor's instructions for your medicines, as the dosage of some medicines may need to be adjusted during treatment.
Important things to do before treatment
- Wash your face and hands, to remove any cosmetics or creams.
- Use the toilet before treatment, as mHBOT may stimulate kidney function, which may cause more frequent urination.
- Stay calm! Deep and even breathing helps you relax and makes the experience more comfortable.
What can they expect during treatment?
In the chamber, you will breathe pure oxygen through a mask. Increased oxygen levels saturate the bloodstream, helping damaged tissue to heal. The pressure in the ventricle gradually increases, which can create a sensation similar to that of an airplane taking off. This can cause mild discomfort in the ears, but can be easily relieved by yawning, swallowing or using the Valsalva manoeuvre.
Possible symptoms to watch out for
- Dehydration: If you experience dry mouth, increased thirst or decreased urine output, drink more fluids.
- Discomfort: If you experience any unusual sensations or pain during or after treatment, contact your doctor.
- Ear problems: If an earache occurs, use the chamber's pressure-regulating valve to stop the pressure from increasing while the ear adjusts.
Feelings and things to do after treatment
After treatment, you may feel mildly dizzy or euphoric due to the increased oxygen levels, but this will pass quickly. A few minutes of rest may help you regain your normal feeling.
Mild oxygen therapy is usually safe, but in rare cases you may experience ear pressure, mild headache or temporary fatigue.
Yes, it is safe for children and may even be recommended for certain conditions, such as autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or certain neurological problems. Of course, it is always recommended to consult a doctor before your child uses the therapy.
Yes, mild oxygen therapy can speed wound healing, reduce inflammation and help minimise scarring. Some studies have shown that it improves collagen production and the formation of new blood vessels (angiogenesis), thus aiding recovery from surgery and sports injuries.
Yes, oxygen therapy can be useful for conditions where low cellular oxygenation and inflammation are involved. Patients with chronic fatigue syndrome or fibromyalgia often experience improvements in energy levels, pain reduction and sleep quality as a result of oxygen therapy.
Most people find the treatment comfortable and relaxing. The most common sensation is a ringing in the ears, which can be caused by a change in pressure, similar to what you might experience when flying or deep diving. During treatment you can read, listen to music or even sleep.
During the treatment, you breathe in a higher concentration of oxygen at a pressure of 1.3-1.5 ATA in a special chamber, which increases the oxygen saturation of the blood and helps the cells to function.
Mild oxygen therapy takes place at lower pressures (1.3-1.5 ATA), while traditional hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) is performed at higher pressures (2-3 ATA), which is more effective but requires closer medical supervision.
Yes, mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy (mHBOT) is a safe and non-invasive treatment. Because of the lower pressure used (1.3-1.5 ATA), it is less taxing on the body than high pressure hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT). It is well tolerated by most people and has minimal risks, such as mild ear congestion or temporary fatigue.
Cells depend on oxygen for energy. Oxygen therapy increases the amount of oxygen that can be taken up by the cells, which promotes the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which increases the energy levels in the cells. This improves cell function, stimulates tissue regeneration and reduces inflammation.
Increased oxygen levels can improve blood circulation to the brain, help nerve cell regeneration and support neuroplasticity (the brain's ability to adapt). Oxygen therapy is therefore being investigated as a potential adjunctive therapy for certain neurological conditions, such as brain trauma, stroke or cognitive decline.
For athletes, mild oxygen therapy can help improve performance, speed up muscle recovery and aid recovery from injury. Because oxygen improves cellular energy levels, muscles can work more efficiently and recover faster after training or competition.
